Who is Boneka?
Boneka Dollfashions has been operating on the doll market for more than 20 years. Initially starting out as a supplier to doll shops and as time passed also selling directly to collectors. Our fan base has spread to all corners of the world and will continue to do so for many years to come.
What Rosemarie Ionker started in the 80's as a social project in Jakarta, Indonesia to teach women to sew has bloomed into a world known name for high quality doll fashions.

Rosemarie's daughter, Claudia, recognized early on that an artist is no one without a good marketing manager. So Claudia opened her business to market Rosemarie's creations to the world through her company Boneka Dollfashions based in Germany.

In 2009 Claudia decided to move back to Indonesia where she met her Balinese husband and has been living there since. Flying between Indonesia and Europe with a few trips to the USA has been fun, but it is time to settle down.

Boneka Dollfashion will be closing it's doors in 2018. It was not an easy decsion, but Boneka is not gone!

Boneka Creations under the management of Claudia Ionker will continue the production of exquisite doll fashions and the "other" Claudia will retail Boneka products in her online shop: Boneka Tradition.
